Instructions - How To Setup Our Equipment for Your Venue

 

 

Sound System

 

Start by planning the location of your DJ Table and speakers. Measure the distances from the DJ Table to each speaker. We will provide cables of the correct lenght. Safety is the Key to setting up a sound system. Make sure wires going to each speaker are routed in a manner that reduces / eliminates the potential for tripping on the cables. We will provide two inch gaffers tape with our  equipment to secure the cables to the floor and improve the safety of your guests.

Lighting

 

Again, safety is the Key to setting up a safe lighting system. Make sure wires going to each light is routed in a manner that reduces / eliminates the potential for tripping on the cables. We will provide two inch gaffers tape with our  equipment to secure the cables to the floor and improve the safety of your guests.

Photo Booth

 

The photo booth - Hardware

Consists of the tent, DJ table, table clamps for ipad and lighting, printer setup.

 

The photo booth - Software

Consists of the photo booth application including picture taking, printing, email & social media.
